Refund Policy:

Refunds are available up until 21 days before the start date of the programme. After this point, all sales are final and no refunds or transfers will be issued, regardless of participation or completion. This is to honour the energetic and logistical commitment both of us are making to this container.

Group Support Boundaries:

This is a high-touch group coaching experience, which includes:

Access to our private Facebook group for community support and coaching between calls.
Group coaching calls via Zoom (you’ll receive the full schedule upon enrolment).
Any 1:1 support offered (e.g. bonus calls) will be clearly outlined in your enrolment package.

Please note: Individual feedback and support will be provided within the group context and through designated calls. There is no ongoing private messaging or WhatsApp/Voxer support included in this container.

Additional Support:

If you find you would benefit from more personalised support throughout the programme, you’re welcome to apply to upgrade into private 1:1 coaching, subject to availability. This includes:

Weekly 1:1 coaching calls
Private Voxer/WhatsApp access for real-time support
Deeper accountability and integration tailored to your specific needs

This allows you to deepen the work while still receiving the full benefit of the group experience.
