If you are feeling stuck or at some kind of crossroads, this course is a HUNDRED PERCENT worth investing in. Women are traditionally very reluctant to spend money just on themselves and I was resistant initially but it's really about the time that you need to invest in yourself. Gemma is so expert, warm, empathic and forensic in her uncovering of why you are feeling the way you're feeling and gives you the tools to change the things you want to change. She's the best kind of teacher, a hundred percent on your side but also challenging you to do the work to get the results. Gemma is inspiring and kind and helps you to be a lot braver than you thought you really wanted to be. And doing this work in a group has been revelatory, I've learned so much from the experiences of the others and have been helped massively by the feeling of being supported and understood by a really amazing group of women.
